These return rules apply to specific countries, including the United States.

Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving their order.

The return process is straightforward. Our team is ready to guide you through the return process and issue a refund.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return costs, both for unsatisfied and defective products. The actual return costs are to be paid by the customer to the shipping company.

Return Labels: You can request digital return labels by sending an email to info@fashion-outlets.com.

Refunds: Upon receipt and verification of your return shipment, you will be refunded within 5 days via the payment method used when placing the order.

Important: Only products in new condition are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there are signs of use.

New: This refers to unopened products in the original packaging and items that have never been used.

Order Cancellation:

You have 30 minutes after placing your order to cancel it. After this period, we cannot cancel the order anymore. To cancel, please send an email to info@fashion-outlets.com within the first 30 minutes.
